In ancient times where the holy ritual of Baptism originated a Hindu saint sitting by the holy waters of the Ganges said to his would be chela, “bathe in the holy waters if you must but know this; you might temporarily wash away and cleanse the mind of sin when immersing yourself in the sacred waters, however the sins will only temporarily vanish. They will remain lying and wait for you clinging to the foliage on the banks of these waters and the moment you depart the sacred water, they will leap back on you.”
Baptizing the body by water does come first but is only sufficient if supported by baptizing the mind, otherwise it’s essentially worthless. The mind must be purified and the encasement of evilness and mire around the soul must be cleansed. Anything that separates the soul from God is an obstacle. The chela replied to his master, “how does baptism by water affect my body?” Every part of life is permanently linked with water and we are unable to live without it. It balances and cools the essential centers and opens the pores eliminating troubling poisons.
Your body and mind are not yet purified and cleansed of dross. I can see the dullness in your eyes from eating beef. It will be just the opposite when you eat more fruit and vegetables. How can dead flesh be considered the natural food for people when men’s nose and eyes are so against the sight of it unless it is mixed together with the flavors of spices, sugar and salt? Eating too much starch and protein causes you to retain poisons. Your poor diet has had a great effect on the sharpness of your mental and physical movements.
But master my parents are not vegetarians they serve red meat almost daily. My child, don’t touch it, your parents won’t let you starve and go hungry. You set the good example for your family by being an eat-etarian that is strict moderation in your diet and in everything; for a loose life and the great science of yoga are incompatible. Do you want to reincarnate again here on this planet with the barbarians and savages or go to a higher plane for your next cycle? Don’t come back to me unless you can follow all of my instructions.

1. Baptism by water and purifying the body with the correct diet.
2. Cleansing the mind in meditation.
3. Baptism By The Holy Ghost (Om Vibration.)
All those who take this spiritual path must begin by purifying the body then cleansing the mind with meditation and calmness. As one advances only in meditation, the next step is listening to the sound vibration of Om (baptism by The Holy Ghost) and then one can truly say “I and my Father are one.”
