Do not let a lack of organic food choices stop you. Conventional raw produce is better than organic frozen produce, provided the food is not genetically modified or one of the “dirty dozen.”

The second group, fed the cereal’s cardboard box and water, died second of malnutrition. The control group, fed rat chow and water, remained in good health throughout the experiment. The surprise finding was that the rats fed a cardboard box lived longer than those fed the cornflakes.
