Part 1. In the organs of man we find so much perversion of the organs due to unnatural living starting in babyhood it is almost impossible for man to rely on their own judgment when choosing what is right to eat. Natural organic foods consist of fruits and vegetables, a variety of grains, roots, pure water and milk. Include organic eggs. When well chewed and then mixed with saliva these foods are assimilated very easily in the digestive system. But unnatural foods are foreign to man’s system and do not assimilate properly when entering the stomach. There is no safe temperature at which all the parasites in pork can be killed. Not even once in a while should you eat pork.

Unfortunately when some of these substances are mixed with blood, they accumulate in the organs and excretory because man’s organs are not properly adapted to them. When foods are not properly secreted they attach themselves in crevices and tissues from gravitation and ferment causing diseases which leads to an early death. In summation we find that natural living calms the passions in man. When men have a clear understanding a natural diet is nonirritating, they will gain a mental calmness favorable to their activities.
Many finally wake up frightened by bad news from a doctor and are ready to take the first step and give up eating red meat which also includes lamb, pork and veal. It is wise to substitute eating red meats with organic chicken, non-farmed fish or turkey. Tapering off red meat is very difficult, it is like trying to quit smoking for some. It is better to just stop cold turkey than trying to wean yourself off this deadly habit.
The chela asked the Master, “how does my diet with meat affect my body?” Your body and mind are not yet purified and cleansed of dross. I can see the dullness in your eyes from eating pork and beef. It will be just the opposite when you eat more fruit and vegetables. How can dead flesh be considered the natural food for people when men’s nose and eyes are so against the sight of it unless it is mixed together with the flavors of spices, sugar and salt? Eating too much starch and protein causes you to retain poisons. Your poor diet has had a great effect on the sharpness of your mental and physical movements.
We find in all men that the senses of sight, smell and sound can never guide them to the slaughtering of animals; they can’t even stand the sight of this type of killing and that is the reason why slaughter houses are far removed from people. On the contrary we find sheer delight in the fragrance and sight of fruit that it makes our mouth water. The same may be said with grains as they possess a pleasurable taste and odor; these observations infer man was not intended to be carnivorous but frugivorous.
Lets face it, if man was carnivorous our teeth would have canines at a striking length, pointed and very smooth to grab the prey. In contrast our molars would not meet but would fit close and side by side for separation of muscular fiber. When we examine the teeth in men and see the formation of their teeth, we see that there is no resemblance to the teeth of a carnivore nor the teeth of omnivorous or the teeth of the herbivorous but exactly resemble the teeth of the fruit-eating frugivorous. By close examination of the digestive canal of carnivorous animals, we find that the bowels are up to 3 or 5 times the length of their whole body.
The herbivorous has bowels 20 to 28 times their body length and in frugivorous animals it is 10 to 12 times their body length. The same type of formation as in man which are 3 to 5 times its length. We are told by the masters that incorrect measuring from the soles to the crown and not from the anus to the mouth, has drawn incorrect conclusions. Taking in all this information, the only conclusion is that in all probability man is a fruit eating animal. Natural living is recommended and to fully understand what this means we must analyze what unnatural is. Our lives depend on the correct selection of dwelling, foods we eat and the company we keep. The animals use their instincts with their organs of smell, taste, sight, hearing and touch in their selection to help themselves.

5 foods to consider replacing or modifying
1. Processed meats
Processed breakfast meats like bacon and sausage are high in sodium and saturated fat and are linked to colon cancer. Even “healthier” meat options like turkey bacon are typically processed in the same way, DeCicco warned. Replace these foods with grilled chicken, salmon or oven roasted organic-sliced turkey breast on the side of eggs for much leaner protein with no saturated fat, the nutritionist recommended.
Processed breakfast meats like bacon are high in sodium and saturated fat. “You can put some turkey roll-ups on broil in the oven for a few minutes, so they get a little well-done,” DeCicco suggested. “Cover with hot sauce or salsa.” She added, “Any meat that is oven-roasted or plain and just not salted or cured — that’s going to be so much healthier, less caloric and much lower in sodium.”
2. Deep-fried home fries
Home fries are a popular side to an egg dish, but most are cooked in “inflammatory” vegetable oils with “lots of salt” and fat, according to DeCicco. “I love making a sweet potato mash, so you can dice up sweet potatoes really finely. Add in some celery and red onion, and sautée it with avocado oil on top of the stove,” she said. “You’re getting that crunch and that same feel.”
3. Excess cheese and meats
If an omelet or an egg scramble is your go-to egg style, DeCicco said to beware of loading your dish with an excess of high-fat cheeses, meats and butter. Reach for more fibrous and antioxidant-rich options like sautéed mushrooms, spinach and caramelized onions for “longevity and blood sugar stabilization.”
Sub out high-fat cheese, meat and butter for high-fiber veggies in your omelet, a nutritionist suggests. DeCicco also recommended filling your eggs with “tomatoes, asparagus, zucchini, kale. Anything that is high in fiber and low in calories like veggies increases heart health, lowers the risk of diabetes and keeps you fuller for longer.”
4. White bread and bagels
Too much bread, especially white bread made with refined flour, can “rapidly turn to sugar in the body,” according to DeCicco. Pairing your eggs with a bagel, English muffin or toast that’s made of white or even whole wheat flour has been linked to inflammation, digestion disruption and belly fat production.Instead, DeCicco said, opting for bread made with almond or nut flour or sourdough toast topped with avocado is a healthier “gut-friendly” option made with fewer ingredients.
She said this can be paired with some sliced tomato and everything but the bagel seasoning.

“Look for breads made from whole grains, not flour (that has been milled) and nuts and seeds,” she said.
5. Pastries and baked goods
Baked goods are high in sugar and fat. While some sweets like doughnuts, croissants and muffins are often touted as breakfast foods, DeCicco warned that they’re high in refined carbohydrates and sugar, which can cause inflammation, spike blood sugar and increase belly fat and sugar cravings.
If you’re going to eat a sweet breakfast food – even pancakes or waffles – the nutritionist said to choose something that is made from nuts and seed flour that is higher in protein and provides blood sugar-stabilizing fiber.
