Our senses deceive us because they tell just the most superficial properties of matter. The senses do not tell the truth and if they did you would see this planet as glaciers and rivers of electrons moving as a mass of light and these atoms can be manipulated by mind stuff. Why did Albert Einstein say our entire universe is finite and floating in the absolute? You and I are floating and it is God’s ideas floating in a beam of light.
The masters and men of Self-realization know mortal consciousness is a physiological mental experience. All motions of consciousness are on the big screen of the mind and God is dreaming through us with all our dreams and nightmares added into God’s dreams making everything hypnotically real. So far as time and space is concerned the grasping power of man’s intellect is currently so limited that it would be quite futile to attempt to make the topic understood.
Did Jesus really walk on water and if He did, explain how. The senses do not tell the truth they only show us the most superficial properties of matter. If they told the truth you would see this earth as rivers and glaciers of electrons moving as a great mass of light. The human body is also a mass of light, energy and dancing molecules and when it’s integrated and compacted by the mind as a sensory instrument in creation, it tells itself it’s a solid human being. An enlightened master has complete control over his mind and realizes the mind controls the body and can fully or partially disintegrate the particles of his body, completely dematerialize or change its specific gravity and then restore its customary bodily composition to its usual solidness at any time.
The body is mind stuff, a dream image made of informed energy and super-conscious realization directly frees oneself from the illusion of exact gravity; there is no weight without the density of mass. However the body will certainly sink as long as the belief of bodily solidness endures in one’s mind when trying to walk on a non-supported lower concentrated body of water.
When a dreaming man drowns in his dream, he experiences an agonizing sense of suffocation in his consciousness. But he could save his dream self if he understood the art of controlling dreams by changing his dream thoughts then seeing his dream body safely floating on the body of dream water.
Jesus, observing the ocean, his body, and the elaborate earth as individualized waves of dream consciousness expressed as numerous material forms from electromagnetic waves could change by mere willing the electronic composition or exact gravity so his form could weightlessly walk on water as a solid form as naturally as an average man strides the solid ground.
Tie a cork to a cement weight, drop it in a body of water and it will sink but separate the cork from the cement and watch it float. Similarly the human body is weighted downward by physical consciousness. When the delusion of the durableness of physical matter is detached from the body by self-realization, the human body can walk and dance on water, levitate in the air and go through any solid substance. As effortlessly as anyone can alter his thoughts, an enlightened man can change his world experience by just altering his material beliefs into perceptive divine self-realizations. If it was ok for Jesus to drink wine, is it certainly alright for everyone to drink wine. Jesus himself drank wine and one of his miracles materialized wine but the old adage or so-called persuasive argument given in support of drinking wine is “That if it was ok for Jesus to drink wine, it is certainly alright for everyone to drink wine.” Back then the scant resources of water in that arid land were many times polluted. Juices from fermented grapes helped provide supplemental liquid nourishment for the body as there was no knowledge of technology for water purification systems available in those times. It is quite opportunistic for the wine or any alcoholic beverage drinkers to justify their inclinations in emulation of Jesus.
The great sages have also spoken in opposition to the use of intoxicants. Inebriation used as a vehicle to escape the demands of life produces destructive enslavement. Instead of having your “cup runneth over” in drunkenness, there is a much more effective intoxicant (very few know of) that has the same effects on the brain’s electromagnetic field and produces long term euphoria without drunkenness; this ecstatic elixir is felt only in advanced meditation.
